To participate in coaching you must:
Be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Provide accurate health and contact information.
Inform Grind Lab Fitness of any injuries, surgeries, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect exercise participation.
Notify us promptly if your health status changes during coaching.
4. Coaching Relationship
Grind Lab Fitness provides education, accountability, exercise programming, and coaching.
Grind Lab Fitness is not a medical provider.
While the owner is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), coaching services do not constitute medical advice, physical therapy, rehabilitation, mental health counseling, or medical nutrition therapy.
All recommendations are intended solely for general health, fitness, and wellness purposes and should never replace advice from a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider.
5. Client Responsibilities
Successful coaching requires active participation.
Clients agree to:
Follow training responsibly.
Use proper exercise technique.
Stop exercising if pain or concerning symptoms occur.
Complete check-ins honestly.
Communicate injuries promptly.
Ask questions whenever clarification is needed.
Make a genuine effort to follow the agreed-upon program.
Coaching is a collaborative process. Results depend largely on the client's consistency, effort, recovery, nutrition, and adherence.
6. Membership, Billing & Cancellation
Monthly Billing
Coaching services are provided through recurring monthly subscriptions unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions automatically renew every month until cancelled.
Introductory Three-Month Commitment
Clients selecting introductory commitment pricing agree to an initial three (3) month coaching commitment at the advertised promotional rate.
Following completion of the initial commitment period, coaching automatically continues month-to-month at the standard monthly rate unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel by providing at least seven (7) days' written notice before their next billing date.
Cancellation requests received fewer than seven (7) days before renewal may become effective beginning with the following billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.
This includes situations where a client:
chooses not to use the coaching service,
completes only part of the month's programming,
becomes too busy to participate,
changes personal goals,
or otherwise discontinues participation during an active billing period.
Because personalized programming, coaching resources, and platform access are provided at the beginning of each billing cycle, refunds and partial credits are not offered.
Pricing
Grind Lab Fitness reserves the right to modify pricing for future billing cycles.
Clients will be notified in advance of any pricing changes.
Existing introductory commitments will always be honored through the end of their commitment period.
